My name is Kenny Bates. I work in OKC during the week and head home (Lawton) for the weekends. I had an issue with one my Goodyear tires on my 2010 Nissan Altima. I was having a slow leak on my right rear tire. I brought it in and talked with Frank. They checked my tire and come to find out I had a pretty big screw inbedded in my tire but it was on the side wall. Frank went to great lengths to try to fix my problem. My tires were still under warranty so I would have to replace it at the Goodyear store in Lawton where I bought them. Frank tried to find me a used tire but had none available. He informed me they would put my spare on and put the bad tire in the trunk. Also, they found out one of the lug nuts was stripped and he was reluctant to put it back up in case it caused furher damage. He found a smaller but matching lug nut to put on. After all this, he charged me nothing and said he felt bad he could not fix me. WOW!!! That's customer service people! I'll be back sure!

Hi im jim johnson from elk city ok. frank monty and chris made my tire experience wonderful. I call they find what i need get done for the best service and price. I will go no where else. give these guys a raise. people say where do i get tires i say downtown tires.
