        This is an AWFUL AWFUL business. I always try to support local, small businesses. When my dog's bed lining melted in my dryer I found RayMac through my neighborhood newspaper. We set an appointment for him visit and see what was going on. I left work early only to get a call that he was rescheduling to go out of town. The next visit was scheduled for Monday. Left work early again for a late afternoon visit. The dryer was fried. We agreed he would haul out the broken dryer and the washer, then install and test the used washer & dryer I purchased. We set an appointment for Wednesday at 9:00. He never showed up. Didn't call - Didn't text to explain why he was late. Or to reschedule. Or that the job was too big. Or if something happened. Here I am still with a broken dryer, and having to start the process all over again with a different company. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT USING HIM AGAIN.
