Hildreth Ted Volkswagen Service

I recently had taken my 99' Volkswagen Jetta to Ted because my started was in need of replacement, this was the first time I had been to the service shop and upon picking up my car I wish I had done a little more research. Ill give it to Ted in the fact that he did replace my starter, but it took 5 days to be replaced he charged an obscene amount of money and when i finally got in my car it was idling very low, it in fact was a cracked rubber hose that was 2inches long and he refused to fix it if i wasn't going to pay for it even though the only thing wrong with the car was the starter when i took it to him. The way I would see him setting boxes on other cars without and towels or protection underneath it, and the general cleanliness of the shop, I would have to recommend you go to a certified Volkswagen dealership.
